Diya is an Associate Consultant at tml Partners, specialising in Financial Services.

She supports clients across the sector by bringing a thoughtful, analytical and people-focused approach to her work, with a strong emphasis on understanding both client and candidate needs.

With a Master’s degree in English, Diya has developed a strong aptitude for communication, research and critical analysis. Drawing on her humanities background, she brings a focussed yet creative perspective to the team, combining attention to detail with an ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them clearly. She is committed to building meaningful relationships and delivering a considered approach throughout the recruitment process.

Outside of work, Diya maintains a keen interest in literature and the arts. Based in London, she enjoys engaging with the city’s rich cultural scene, from its literary heritage to its galleries, historic exhibitions and wider creative community.
