tml Partners was approached by Burges Salmon after a recommendation to the business, following a number of successful projects in the Bristol market. Working with the Chief Markets Officer, Amelia Stirling, David Price and the wider professional services project team were briefed on a wholesale transformation project to reimagine the way that Burges Salmon went to market.
The business wanted to move towards breaking down siloed ways of working, championing collaboration and joined up ways of working, becoming more client centric by increasing capability around the firm’s sector programme, and embedding a digital-first strategy.
With that in mind, David and team immersed themselves into the South West market, working as an extension of the Burges Salmon brand to build out a new leadership team across marketing and business development.
They’ve subsequently worked with the newly-appointed leadership team to make several additional senior hires across in-demand skillsets such as digital, as well as building out a sector-focussed business development infrastructure.
