Charlie Green partnered directly with the global Chief Commercial Officer, Head of HR and wider leadership team, to successfully deliver an international pan-European search across multiple locations.
Patricia Febvay, HR Lead at Unilabs, highlighted the positive experience working with tml Partners:
“We appointed Charlie Green and global marketing headhunters tml Partners, to deliver the Pan-European search for our Group Digital Marketing Director. This is a newly created role to grow a world-class digital practice for Unilabs, and to drive digital innovation across our business. We have a strong international footprint, and so we needed to engage a search partner to identify candidates in several of our key geographic locations, including Portugal, Spain, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Charlie supported our leadership team to help shape our requirements, and showcased a strong understanding of the market alongside an impressive network of European digital marketing leaders. The team at tml Partners created a bespoke briefing pack to suit our requirements and delivered a fully comprehensive end to end search and shortlisting. Charlie was a pleasure to work with, providing regular updates throughout the search and ultimately supporting Unilabs to secure our ideal candidate. We are absolutely delighted to welcome our new Digital Marketing Director into our group’s leadership team. I would be happy to recommend Charlie Green and tml Partners to any European business looking to identify and secure the best marketing talent. “
