As an emerging market, Ecolab’s food and beverage team sought a commercially minded Marketing Lead to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. The challenge was to find a marketer with a strong commercial background in pricing, strategy, and proposition development.
The Solution
Khushi Patel and Charlie Green worked closely with Carolin Wilms, Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Ecolab, to understand the recruitment challenges and needs for this hire. Experience in a commercial role within a B2B organisation was imperative.
