The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is a professional body representing the UK’s recruitment industry. It sets industry standards, offers training, and advocates for best practices. REC provides resources and guidance to recruitment agencies, fostering ethical and effective staffing solutions while serving as a voice for the sector in policy discussions and promoting workforce development.
The Challenge:
REC was looking to source a Head of Digital to support the organisation’s ambition to become a digitally-strong business. Working closely with the Head of Technology and leading the digital team, the right candidate is needed to drive the REC’s digital infrastructure and performance. The Interim Head of Digital would be responsible for creating and delivering improvements to member engagement and customer experience whilst driving key digital projects over the next 6 months.
The Outcome:
Khushi Patel, a recruitment consultant tml Partners specializing in the consultancy space, collaborated with their Marketing Director, Gemma Reyes, to understand what key skills would be needed to fill this role. Technical expertise, innovation and relationship management were at the top.
