Tom Morgan-Harris partnered with Roger Lowry, Head of Communications & Marketing on an exciting search for a new leadership role in his team of a Senior Employee Communications and Brand Manager to play an integral part in the development of an internal communications strategy for the brand and to lead the internal communications efforts across EMEA and work with Roger and the wider Communications and Marketing team. Tom mapped the market and also wider afield across London and utilising his network of communications professionals to deliver a range of profiles for Roger and QBE for this newly created role.

Frank Dias was successfully appointed as the Senior Employee Communications and Brand Manager to work closely with Roger and the European leadership team at QBE Insurance to lead on the development and execution of internal communications activities and act as a QBE brand ambassador as well as being responsible for developing messaging, channels and programmes for internal engagement, aligned to business objectives.

Prior to QBE Insurance, Frank was at AXL XL Insurance as their Global Internal Communications Director and also has had experience with Lloyds and also Grant Thornton in global roles and has been specialising in internal communications for more than 15 years.
