This exciting opportunity arose at Explore Learning to join the Guildford based Head Office team as the new Marketing Director. Explore Learning is an established brand of 18 years and this new Senior Leadership position would play played a key role in their continued growth and success.

Explore Learning is an award-winning tuition provider supporting 4-14 year olds with maths and English skills, developing confidence, learning habits and self-belief to create fearless learners. The first centre opened in Chelmsford in October 2001 and there are now 145 in the UK with approximately 35,000 members.

A transaction in August 2012 led to the sale of a majority interest to Graphite Capital, a leading UK mid-market private equity investor.

Explore Learning were looking for an exceptional candidate to create and deliver a new sales and marketing strategy that would build on the existing brand awareness and sales model whilst identifying new ways of reaching customers.

This new role would sit on the main Board and report to the CEO.
