Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of mental health services, employing more than 700 clinicians and staff nationwide and delivering care through both NHS partnerships and private channels. Following rapid growth driven primarily by NHS neurodevelopmental assessment services, the organisation is now entering a pivotal strategic phase, shifting focus toward scaling its direct-to-consumer and private revenue streams and building a nationally recognised consumer mental health brand. The business is dedicated to increasing access to high-quality care through a nationwide network of specialists.

The Challenge

This was a highly critical leadership appointment at an important inflection point in the company’s evolution. Clinical Partners required a senior commercial leader capable of reshaping a historically communications-led marketing function into a performance-driven, revenue-accountable growth engine.

The successful candidate needed a rare combination of experience: proven expertise in scaling B2C or D2C growth in regulated sectors, deep performance marketing capability, and the commercial credibility to operate at executive level within a complex healthcare environment. Equally important was the ability to lead organisational change, build high-performing teams, and align marketing activity directly with measurable patient acquisition and revenue outcomes.
