The Challenge

As one of Temenos’s core growth regions, Europe plays a critical role in the company’s broader commercial ambitions. To drive marketing performance in this region and accelerate demand generation, Temenos sought to appoint a new Head of Marketing, Europe. Reporting to the Global Regional Marketing Director, this senior leadership position required someone who could balance strategic vision with practical execution.

The brief called for a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in complex, multinational B2B technology environments. The successful candidate would need to demonstrate end-to-end ownership of multi-channel demand generation programmes, strong stakeholder alignment with sales and product teams, and the ability to lead a dispersed international team. Experience within the SaaS, IT or Financial Services sectors, alongside strong technical fluency in platforms like Salesforce and Pardot, was essential.

The Solution
