Reporting to the Global BD Director for Finance, the Associate Director of Business Development (Debt Finance) is a strategic leader accountable for driving long-term commercial growth and client engagement across a marquee practice group. Acting as a senior trusted advisor to partners and executive leadership, this role leads the creation and execution of multidisciplinary client strategies, market positioning campaigns, and high-impact pitch pursuits. You will champion cross-practice alignment across regional teams and strategic client groups, while continuously elevating business development standards, process efficiency, and pipeline management to deliver measurable commercial value.
