The Challenge

Julius Baer sought a Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in the strategic launch of their new UK investment proposition. This initiative centered around a robust Model Portfolio Service (MPS) platform specifically tailored for UK-based Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The successful appointee was tasked with shaping and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for this critical, commercially-focused initiative. This required collaborating closely with senior leaders across the firm to ensure alignment and a highly successful, high-impact market launch. 

Crucially, the requirement was for a candidate with a deep understanding of the IFA landscape who could translate product complexity into compelling, value-driven communication that resonated with this specialist audience, thereby directly contributing to increased business value and proposition adoption.
