We are excited to once again be partnered with a global leader in the legal space, in search of a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their flagship Dispute Resolution practice, with the firm having a rich legacy within the space, and very much seen as the number one firm in this practice group. This person will spearhead the firms practice strategy for their UK and EMEA functions, developing key strategies, growing out their international scope and taking a proactive approach to commercial & client growth.

This is a fantastic role for an established Senior Manager that is passionate about Dispute Resolution and adjacent practice groups, and can impact genuine commercial growth.

Reporting into the Global Head of Business Development – Dispute Resolution (based in New York), responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing key business development strategies that will have direct contributions to enabling improved client relationships and international revenue streams for the team.
  • Being the main point of contact for partners within the region, collaborating on aligning practice strategies to support with the P&L management.
  • Leading on practice specific marketing content, campaign and events to ensure enhanced engagement with priority clients and growing the firm’s global reputation.
  • Line management of a high-performing team of five across the firms UK offices, ensuring that all strategies are being executed effectively.

  • Highly collaborative with various stakeholder including fee earners and partners, that is able to articulate key business growth strategies in a compelling way that inspires stakeholders.
  • A strong people leader that can showcase a strong level of influence, and be accountable for all tactical execution of strategies.
