A high-growth fintech company is looking for an experienced and strategic Global Campaign Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

This role will report into the CMO office and play a pivotal part in refining the company’s global narrative, working across product, marketing and regional teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and optimising multi-regional marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Working closely with product heads, content specialists and regional marketing leads, you’ll help shape and deliver an engaging and consistent message to a variety of global audiences.
This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on delivery. You will be expected to tailor campaign messaging to resonate across diverse markets, manage performance metrics, and continually refine the approach to maximise impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel global campaigns to support awareness and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the CMO to refine company messaging and positioning across regions and audience segments.
- Work with the content lead to produce marketing assets including web copy, blogs, social media posts, collateral and presentations.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using data and analytics; adjust strategy accordingly.
- Partner with regional field marketing managers to ensure local alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver reporting dashboards and campaign insights to the leadership team via CRM and marketing platforms.
About You
- Campaign management and go-to-market delivery experience within financial services, ideally fintech.
- Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns in the fintech sector or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of varied B2B audience segments, including the ability to adapt messaging accordingly.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce; able to generate performance dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimise campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with the ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives through to completion.
