We’re working with a fast-growing, mission-led mental health provider now expanding its partnership offering across NHS, private medical insurance, corporate and education sectors.
They are hiring a B2B Proposition Manager to design scalable partnership propositions that meet organisational needs and unlock new routes to growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse NHS, PMI, education and corporate mental health landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Understand commissioning priorities, procurement routes and organisational buying behaviours.
- Develop differentiated service propositions that solve real partner needs (e.g., capacity support, early intervention, workplace wellbeing solutions).
- Build commercial cases, pricing models, and value articulation.
- Collaborate closely with BD, Clinical, Product, Marketing and Ops to bring propositions to market.
- Monitor performance and refine propositions for growth and sustainability.
Must-Have / Key Skills
To succeed, you will need:
- Experience developing B2B propositions, commercial service offerings, or partnership models.
- A strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape — ideally NHS commissioning, PMI, digital health, community mental health or related settings.
- The ability to translate market and partner insight into proposition structures and commercial models.
- Strong commercial planning skills — including pricing, forecast modelling, and value messaging.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and engaging partners at organisational level.
- Ability to balance commercial growth with clinical quality and purpose-led service delivery.
