tml Partners are delighted to be working with a prominent, high growth digital retail bank who are on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Lead to join their team. With ambitious plans for the future, the business is making strategic investments in marketing to drive continued success.
This is a key hire for the business and this role will be responsible for leading all the growth marketing activities across the personal investments products, to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies for the personal investment app & solutions for the UK Market. We are looking for a strategic leader who is able to be proactive and hands on with execution.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead, develop and own all Growth and Lifecycle marketing activities to drive new customer acquisition as well as customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Expert working across all digital performance channels, driving channel optimisation and tracking ROI
- Data driven approach, able to build strategic performance plans based on insights and customer data
- Manage and lead a small team
- Own Product initiatives for the Growth team, working closely with partners in data, wider marketing, and martech to build new capabilities and optimise existing mechanics.
The successful candidate will have a data mindset, with high attention to detail and the ability to influence key stakeholders across the wider business. We require candidates to have experience across consumer Investments.
This role is based in London and will require 5 days a week in the office.
