The Head of EMEA Marketing role is a key and pivotal leadership hire that will be a strategic partner to the CMO, shaping the future of the firm’s marketing efforts across the EMEA region. You will be tasked with translating EQT’s commercial objectives into targeted regional marketing strategy and integrated activation plan. As the Head of EMEA Marketing, you will be a strategic and hands-on leader focused on elevating EQT’s visibility and relevance across the region:
- Strategy and Execution: Translating EMEA business goals into a clear, actionable marketing strategy and roadmap, and delivering integrated product marketing and marketing activations across digital, media, sponsorships, and events.
- Commercial Acumen and ROI: Defining campaign KPIs, ensuring measurable ROI for all marketing efforts, and owning the financial planning and budgeting for regional marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serving as a strategic partner to EMEA business leaders and global marketing colleagues to align on strategy and adapt global brand campaigns for regional relevance and resonance.
- Regional Expertise: Leading audience insights and market research to tailor messaging and sharpen targeting, leveraging a deep understanding of EMEA markets and their cultural/regulatory nuances.
