Rhydian Fairfax

Rhydian is a Senior Consultant, specialising in connecting top-tier marketing and commercial leaders with exciting opportunities across wealth, asset and investment management.

Rhydian began his career in recruitment where he worked for a specialist marketing recruitment agency, eventually leading their Professional Services team. He then moved to New York where he focused on digital marketing recruitment and gained valuable international experience.

Rhydian then trained as a Financial Advisor and joined St. James’s Place, working with HNW individuals.

With his financial services experience coupled with his experience recruiting across marketing and commercial functions, Rhydian joins the financial services team at tml Partners, specialising in global appointments in wealth, asset and investment management.

Outside of work, Rhydian loves to travel, especially to historical sites around the world. In addition, he has a strong interest in sport, with a particular passion for football and golf.
