Emma Morrison

Emma Morrison is a Director and heads up tml’s Interim Practice and Growth Partners, having previously led our market-leading financial services practice at tml Partners.

Emma has been a trusted adviser to senior marketing leaders since 2014. As head of our Interim practice and Growth Partners, she connects the very best interim leaders, fractional and independent consultants, freelancers and fixed-term contractors with world-leading organisations, on a flexible basis.

Having previously led tml’s financial services practice, she specialised in senior appointments across marketing, digital and sales support, offering sector expertise across asset and wealth management, banking, FinTech, payments and insurance.

Prior to joining tml Partners, Emma successfully built and led the permanent and interim marketing, communications and sales divisions at another international recruitment firm.

In her early career, Emma spent time working in advertising and events, before graduating from the University of Durham in modern foreign languages (French and Spanish).

Outside of the office, Emma is passionate about sport, spending time with family and friends, and travelling and has previously lived and worked in South America and France
