As a digital expert you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to optimise the whole user journey experience using web analytics tools to deliver lead, referral and conversation objectives.
You will will responsible for:
- Working with the web team you will optimise web pages to improve onsite performance and improve conversion
- Understanding the full customer journey and enhancing touchpoint and contact strategies including web content across the customer funnel, email communications and retargeting programmes.
- You will be able to analyse digital channels against KPIs and recommend and implement digital optimisation techniques to better achieve KPIs, ROI * CTA performance.
- A key project will be looking at integrating multiple website to enable a smoother user journey with simplified call to action to enable better engagement and funnel optimisation.
