The Role: UK Sales Lead
This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK Sales Lead with the potential to progress quickly. It is a pure new business hunter role, specifically targeting new clients in the UK market. The successful candidate will be selling to internationally expanding, scaling, and entrepreneur-led businesses as well as HNW. Crucially, there is currently no existing sales lead in the UK, making this a new role where the successful hire will be empowered to make it their own and drive immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle new business generation, which includes identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective ideal clients across the UK, with an emphasis on London and the South-East.
- This person will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, engage with C-Suite and Founder-level stakeholders, and develop a strong network of introducers and partners.
- They will also contribute to a high-performance culture by collaborating with marketing and business development teams, tracking sales activity through CRM tools, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements
- A proven track record (10+ years) of success in B2B new business development or sales, ideally in professional services or a high-growth environment.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Founders to C-Suite) and manage complex sales cycles with internationally ambitious, scaling businesses.
- Must be a doer and hunter, with a strategic, client-facing approach, and driven by a love for winning work.
