We are delighted to be once partnered again partnered with a leading law firm in search of a Senior Business Development Manager in their thriving Private Equity and Corporate practice groups, the latter being a flagship offering for the firm. In this role, you will be joining a team that has had fantastic organic growth in the last 5 years, and within a tight knit partner group that is highly engaged and invested in business development. This role is not a ‘business as usual’ position and will require a proactive mindset to advise partners and be involved in some interesting client focused initiatives.

Reporting into the Head of Practice Business Development, responsibilities will include:

  • Developing compelling business development and marketing strategies to support the growth of the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity group.
  • Advising partners regularly on new opportunities to grow and diversify their offering, as well as generating leads through data and analytics – this also includes leading client meetings.
  • Introduce a new client programme to ensure that the firm and its partners are strengthening their relationships with both existing clients and new clients.
  • Act as an advisor to partners and associates on best practice for business development, this will include regular monthly meetings to support on partners business development activities.
