This is a great opportunity to be join a well recognised wealth management business as a Senior Experience Strategist as part of the their brand function and work across two exciting brands which offer a suite of investment options to all types of clients.
As an early innovator in the online investment platform arena, the business have recently restored, updated and developed their leading investment app whilst also expanding out further offerings on this.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Owning, driving and delivering the user experience strategy for the App and company websites by translating business and user needs into design-led concepts that are user friendly.
- Working with designers and cross functionally across, product, copywriting, BAU, and dev teams, you will bring a user centric approach to brand experience strategy.
- You will look to enhance brand principles, develop tone of voice, own the brand toolkits as well as deliver brand personas and experience principles.
- You will bring fresh thinking to the role, looking to continuously enhance brand and user experience bringing value proposition to life.
Whilst you are not required to be a hands-on UX/UI designer, understanding of design tools would be beneficial. You will be ambitious, driven and a team player, able to work with intent and purpose. The team ethos is about working smart, and working together to problem solve and create positive impact.
As this is a strategic role, you will have confidence to take ownership of your projects and work independently when required. Experience working with FS apps would be a huge benefit but the successful candidate will have expertise in design thinking & brand experience strategy from a FS or agency background.
