tml Partners are delighted to have partnered with a prominent, highly successful and fast growing digital-first retail bank that is on an exciting journey to disrupt the fintech banking space. We are pleased to be supporting them in their search for a Senior Brand and Campaigns Manager.
This senior marketing manager will have experience leading a team and will have a vast amount of knowledge owning & executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand. You will work alongside leadership to support in setting the direction of the campaign roadmap and with annual & quarterly campaign planning. Working hand in hand with Brand, Media, Community Impact and Sponsorship teams as well as agencies you will bring them all together to position the brand in the market and bring it to life through ATL and TTL campaigns.
You will be a creative individual with both a strategic and analytical mindset, to help direct the team, wider functions and agencies on what is and what is not working. You will be part of a high performing and fast-growing team and be results driven with ability to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and manage a multi-million pound budget.
Given the fast-paced nature of the business, you will be able to work independently and run things on your own, but also be a team player and strong leader to a direct reporting team of 3 campaigns managers. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be confident to help galvanise the team, excite them and lead the charge.
The successful candidate will have strong campaigns experience, be able to take a holistic view, and understand how different channels can work together to drive effective marketing success and brand awareness. As well as being a self-starter, you will be someone with good leadership skills and the drive to help shape the direction for the future. You will have experience working in a consumer facing regulated industries e.g. consumer financial services, telco, etc.
