Core Accountabilities:
· Proposition development & messaging: lead the development of the overall positioning of the proposition for customer facing and internal communication in conjunction with the product managers and sales teams.
· Sales & Marketing Plan: Define the 12-month rolling product marketing plan to drive awareness of the propositions and sales leads.
· Marketing materials and sales enablement: Develop appropriate sales, marketing, and training materials to support external promotion of the products and customer proposition. Work closely with sales teams to ensure their needs are met.
· Product launch and demand generation: Planning and participating in the launch of new products and services including customer targeting, PR and demand generation.
· Performance Management and Reporting: Develop monthly reports to track performance against targets.

§ Insight – experience of using customer, competitor, and market intelligence
§ Inbound and Digital marketing: experience of developing and delivering successful, digital content marketing, value-led collateral and campaigns
§ Planning and Performance Management: Excellent planning and program management skills
§ Influencing and presentation: able to present and explain key findings to engage and influence a range of business stakeholders, customers and suppliers
§ Communication skills: Excellent copywriting and design skills to produce compelling sales material for both online and print media. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple ideas.
§ Sales support: understand the B2B sales process and experience of aligning insights to support go to market objectives

Depth/breadth of experience required to carry out the role competently and effectively
· Product Marketing/Proposition development – Experience of creating compelling customer facing messaging and marketing materials for complex B2B services ideally with experience of marketing E-Mobility, Renewable, IoT or IT Services
· Marketing campaigns: Experience of designing and delivering integrated product marketing campaigns which demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer and drive awareness and consideration
· Marketing plan development: Sound understanding of marketing communication approaches and comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix
· KPIs: Knowledge and understanding of the business key performance indicators
· Collaboration: Experience at working in multi-function teams to deliver complex solutions and influence senior stakeholders
· Sales tools, Content and Thought leadership: Experience at developing influential materials for various buyer personas across the buyer journey
· Previous background in an EV charging business, cleantech or technology business
