As the business continues to diversify, they are investing heavily in their product marketing function which sits at the heart of the company’s marketing ecosystem.
With a diverse suite of new products and solutions, the organisation is looking to expand and invest in their product marketing function and is hiring an experienced Product Marketing Director that will lead the Core Payment Solutions portfolio.
The Product Marketing Director will come in and inject sophistication and elegance into the product marketing process, drive product marketing strategy and support the business to achieve commercial success as they enter this next phase of their growth journey.
You will be responsible for leading product marketing strategy for the company’s core payments product offering; payment processing, payouts, issuing and gateways. Targeting enterprise businesses across a range of industries including e-commerce, fintech, gaming and more.
- You will have a team of 3 direct reports.
- This individual will put in place product marketing foundations & enhance process, build out the team recognising opportunities to up-skill and empower whilst also developing and implementing product marketing strategy for Core Payments solutions.
- Working closely with commercial and product functions, you will be able to assess market trends, understand merchant requirements, support with developing product roadmaps and drive product marketing programmes across the full product lifecycle.
- In addition to strategy and managerial responsibilities, you will own product portfolio’s and therefore you will be a hands-on individual, working with your team to develop propositions, messaging and product communications tailored to relevant markets and target audiences, ensuring the right assets are being created that engage customers and enable the business to achieve market share and success.

Deep embedded knowledge and understanding of payments and payment ecosystems is a key requirement with demonstrable commercial success. This role requires someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work cross-functionally, and win hearts and minds across the business and bring them on the journey.
