We are looking for a fantastic Marketing Automation Manager to support on leading on a game-changing digital transformation programme to develop an industry leading client & employee programme. This fantastic opportunity will offer the chance to deliver on key strategies around technology to deliver leading marketing automation processes and solutions across all channels, through an data-driven approach relating to client relationships and all marketing activities.
Reporting into the Global Head of Digital and sitting in an international team, this role will take a hands on lead role in executing key technology campaigns including strategising the end-to-end process around automation on their leading marketing platforms, as well as driving the adoption of existing and new technologies within the wider team and ensuring technical set up of platforms and enhancing efficiencies in all processes.
If you’re looking for a unique role that sits in a team genuinely changing the mould around law firms use of technology, then we are looking for someone who is:
- An established Marketing Technology specialist with an ability to turn technical details into simple and clear concepts.
- Passionate about technology and is familiar with marketing automation systems – these include Vuture, Marketo, Pardot, Dynamics, Hubspot, as well as experience with related CRM systems.
- Someone who can effectively communicate the significance of analytics and data reporting to a wider internal community, including partner groups, lawyers and internal marketing & BD teams – whilst also developing other teams members.
- An individual who can use their technical knowledge and experience to use business intelligence tools to report on key metrics around campaigns and client trends.
