A well-established B2B Circular Technology company is seeking a dynamic Head of Product Management to join their team in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior product leader to play a pivotal role in transforming the business from a product-led to a service-led organisation, making a significant impact on its global growth trajectory. The company, recently partnered with a Private Equity house, is on an accelerated journey of growth and transformation, with a strong commitment to the circular economy and the global ESG agenda.

The successful candidate will work strategically with the Group Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for developing and delivering the product and services strategy across the group. This role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on driving strong organic revenue growth, managing product launch planning, and overseeing communication and reporting. The Head of Product Management will be instrumental in shifting the company’s revenue mix towards services and solutions, aligning product strategy with broader commercial objectives, and ensuring successful execution in global markets.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced product leader with a strong background in telecoms or technology, particularly within global markets. They should possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
