This is an opportunity to join the firm in a senior digital marketing leadership role. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and accelerating the organisation’s digital marketing strategy, leading a team across digital, CRM, social and data to drive acquisition and demand generation. Working closely with divisional leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, you will help embed a digitally led, data-first model to support B2B and B2C growth strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports the firm’s wider commercial growth objectives and strengthens brand visibility across key markets
- Designing and delivering targeted, multi-channel acquisition campaigns that drive demand generation, new business opportunities and measurable lead generation
- Leading a small team of digital marketers, ensuring effective delivery of campaigns and marketing programmes
- Embedding a data-first approach across marketing initiatives, leveraging insights, segmentation and analytics to optimise performance and inform strategic decision making
- Overseeing CRM marketing management, ensuring the continued evolution, governance and activation of client and prospect engagement strategies
- Leveraging AI-driven marketing and data strategies to increase efficiency, improve campaign performance and enhance marketing insight
- Managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring strong return on investment across all digital campaigns and marketing initiatives
