We are proud to be partnered with a key player in the UK’s ambitions to be Net Zero. We are working with an innovative energy company, who are working to increase renewable energy to provide power nationwide.

This role will work closely with the leadership team in developing organisational narrative for external and internal audiences. You will have the opportunity to work with an organisation who recognises the value of communications, and creating an engaging and authentic narrative, during a time of expansion and transition.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead communications, developing a robust integrated communications strategy and taking that through to implementation
  • Work directly with leadership to build organisational profile
  • Develop internal communications and engagement with employees
  • Manage and develop media engagement programmes
  • Play an active role in the organisational leadership team to drive company success

To be relevant for this role you will have experience working in the energy sector and managing the issues and challenges confronting the industry. You will also have strong journalist relationships and a track record of delivering thought leadership campaigns. You will have a creative approach and enjoy working in fast pace environments where there is an opportunity to set things up and work across teams.
