Led by a visionary leadership team, the company is significantly investing in a new marketing organisation structure to create a marketing centre of excellence. They are looking for a newly created Head of Brand & Communications to define the future brand strategy for the firm.
Further to a recent marketing reorganisation, the individual will need to stabilise and grow an operationally focussed brand marketing function, coach new and existing team members on prioritisation and establish the future strategy of brand within the business.
This individual must be able to win hearts and minds across the business as well as bring a highly commercial approach to the firm’s strategy. They will need to be a skilled communicator and a performance-orientated marketer who is results-driven in their approach and mindful of the firm’s go-to-market strategy and risk appetite. They must be able to influence stakeholders and help lead the strategic direction of the business for the future.
As a new leadership-level appointment, cultural fit will be key, and the individual must have the gravitas to work closely with the ExCo and other senior stakeholders. They will be able to translate the firm-wide strategy into business line goals as well as deliver marketing campaigns and communications.
This position is to be based in the London head office with a flexible office policy.
