We are excited to once again be partnered with a global leader in the legal space, in search of a Global Senior Business Development Manager to lead their flagship Litigation practice, with the firm going through an exciting growth journey and an elite standing within the Litigation space. This person will spearhead the firms practice strategy for their UK and EMEA functions, as well as regularly collaborating with the counterpart team in the US, and taking a proactive approach to commercial growth.
This is a fantastic role for an established Senior Manager that is passionate about Litigation and adjacent practice groups, and can impact genuine commercial growth.
Reporting into the newly appointed Global Business Development Lead – Litigation, responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing key business development strategies that will have direct contributions to enabling improved client relationships and international revenue streams for the team.
- Being the main point of contact for partners within the region, collaborating on aligning practice strategies to support with the P&L management.
- Leading on practice specific marketing content, campaign and events to ensure enhanced engagement with priority clients and growing the firm’s global reputation.
- Line management of a high-performing team of five across the firms UK offices, ensuring that all strategies are being executed effectively.
