tml Partners are incredibly proud to have been retained by a global professional and corporate services firm to appoint a global head of clients and markets, leading a diverse and talented international team across multiple geographies and sectors.

In a newly created role reporting to the board, you’ll lead an international team of over 50 heads spanning Marketing, Business Development, Client Development, Operations, Pricing, as well as key geographies, embedding a best practice approach to seamless client experience through the whole funnel from brand awareness through to client feedback.

Having already achieved impressive year on year growth over the last decade, this opportunity will play a pivotal role in the next phase of this organisation’s trajectory, not only supporting the business to expand into new international markets, including launching the brand in new countries, equally identifying and winning new business through a data led and analytical go to market strategy.

One key priority will be to bring a strong track record of embedding and optimising the use of the latest technologies across marketing and sales to optimise the customer journey and experience, such as the use of integrated marketing technologies to create a seamless and ‘always on’ journey.

  • People leadership, of sizeable teams and functions ensuring the motivation, progression and development of personnel within a Marketing and Business development org is of paramount importance;
  • Ownership of the whole commercial funnel in a professional or financial service setting, this means managing both Marketing and Business Development in a solution and services led environment;
  • A passion for innovation and technology, adapt at getting the most out of a commercial go to market strategy to drive future growth of the business as a whole;
  • Last but not least able to roll sleeves up and know when to deliver or lead from the front, but equally take a step back and focus on the business, not in it.

This position can be based in one of a number of international jurisdictions and regions which include London / South of the England, Luxembourg or the Channel Islands to name a few, and will likely involve international travel where required.
