This global provider of financial and professional services is looking for a Head of Brand and Marketing to develop, lead and inspire a high performing team across Europe and USA.
Reporting to the CMO, the Global Head of Brand and Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand presence across key markets, driving market share and revenue growth. The role will lead the development of creative, commercial and digital-led marketing campaign plans, which are closely aligned to BD, client development and sales strategies. The role will support lead generation, viewing marketing as a key revenue generating channel for the business in line with their core global growth objectives, and deliver this through commercial ROI. Above all, the role will bring a fresh and innovative approach to the firm’s go-to-market, brand and content communications strategies, through experienced gained in a forward-thinking environment, embracing a digital-first approach.
The successful candidate will be a marketing and brand leader, with significant international experience operating at a senior level across financial services, professional services or related industries. They will hold strong strategic skills, combined with a natural flair for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. A true digital native with strong technical marketing knowledge, they will clearly evidence significant experience delivering creative and commercially successful campaigns.
