Within the context of a wider team build-out, this role will be essential to ensuring that marketing and communications activity is targeted and relevant for all audience types. Working closely with both the Marketing & BD MD and Front Office Leadership, this role for the firm will form part of a close knit and high performing SLT to evolve the image of wealth management for the next generation whilst preserving the prestige of its past heritage.
On behalf of this phenomenal brand, we’re looking for:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications to enhance client engagement, brand perception, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Brand and Campaign Management: Manage the brand narrative, ensure consistent messaging across all communications, and oversee market research to enhance external engagement opportunities.
- Performance Marketing and Team Leadership: Ensure data-driven decision-making and ROI on marketing initiatives, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
The successful individual will bring a strong understanding of both the wealth management sector as well as experience of growing and empowering a high functioning marketing team that is encouraged to work in a collaborative manner.
