We’re delighted to be partnering with a sustainability orientated consumer technology business to bring on an interim digital strategist for 3 or 4 months with the potential to go permanent. Having recently launched a D2C ecommerce site the CMO is building a dedicated marketing team to capitalise on the steep increase in demand of their products.
You’ll support the global performance marketing lead to develop and build digital strategies to drive activity through the funnel helping to maximise revenue internationally.
This role is 100% remote and where this business has legal entities across Europe and the US, they are very open the candidates in either continent.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue
● Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and monitor performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are met
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
● Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
● Analyze data to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement new strategies as needed
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
● 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail
● Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
● Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
