tml Partners are delighted to partnering with a dynamic SaaS scale-up company who recently received funding, they are looking for a hands-on commercial Marketing Manager to join their team for a 9-12 month maternity cover position. This player-manager role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, building a growth-oriented marketing engine for an innovative tech business in the property industry.
The Marketing Manager will lead a multi-channel marketing strategy, manage content-driven campaigns, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure messaging is impactful and consistent. Responsibilities include overseeing a small team, and driving demand generation, ABM, and performance marketing activities focused on revenue growth. The candidate will managed a small team of two, Content Manager and Digital Marketing Executive, overseeing their marketing activities such as marketing collateral, digital marketing (SEO, email, social media), organising events, marketing tech stack, and collaborating with external partners.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS or scale-up setting, with a strong record of growth in high-impact roles. Experience with both SME and enterprise marketing is required, along with excellent project management skills, a data-driven approach, and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot. A proactive attitude, a passion for learning, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as this role supports the company’s expansion into new markets within the UK and beyond.
