Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Boston
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base ($250,000 – $350,000 On Target Earnings)
This leading brand in consumer legal services is looking to appoint a new Chief Marketing Officer to turbocharge the firm’s ambitious growth strategy and drive their core mission – to be the champion of justice for victims of wrongdoing and to become one of the most recognizable and trusted brands in the legal sector.
Reporting to the CEO and joining the group executive board, the Chief Marketing Officer will lead a highly creative and commercial marketing and brand strategy. This includes embracing the latest digital-first campaign strategies to drive community engagement and customer acquisition. The role involves managing a substantial media budget (both Above and Below the Line) and overseeing the management of creative and performance agency partners. A key responsibility will be enhancing brand awareness as the firm expands into new offices across key states, and driving community engagement campaigns to a broad demographic of target audiences. Given the firm’s significant track record in offering specialized support to individuals of Latin American and Brazilian heritage, a track record in driving multicultural communications campaigns is essential.
The successful candidate will hold a proven track record in driving performance-led brand and marketing strategies, with an understanding of effective communications to engage diverse audience groups. Experience in the legal sector is highly desirable, and demonstrated success in driving multicultural communications campaigns is essential.
