tml Partners are proud to work with an international FTSE 100 property firm on the important hire of a Change Communications Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to play a vital part in communications an organisational change to make it fit for the future. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will be quick to build relationships and delivery impactful results. You will work across the communications and programme teams to ensure consistent and human communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the communications and transformation teams in delivering the transformation and technology communications strategy by developing key messaging and material by the leadership team
- Create and manage the communications timetable around the transformation
- Utilise a suite of channels to deliver communications to achieve desired business outcomes, assessing which channels are most appropriate
- Collaborate with international marketing and communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging in international offices
- Advise and coach senior stakeholders and peers on internal communications best practice
To be relevant for this role you will have experience working on transformation programmes and change communications communications. You will be an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build relationships across an organisation. You will be action orientated and used to working in fast pace environments.
