Our client, a top-ranked global law firm celebrated for its prestige and innovation, is seeking a strategic public relations professional. Known for market-leading practices in financial services, private equity, and high-stakes litigation, the firm advises top-tier corporations and financial institutions on their most complex matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the visibility of industry leaders and groundbreaking legal work.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for elevating the firm’s U.S. media profile and engagement. This includes developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies, managing the external PR agency relationship, and creating sophisticated messaging frameworks. A key focus will be cultivating relationships with influential journalists, proactively securing high-impact media placements, and drafting compelling pitches and press releases.

We are looking for an established leader in communications with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to secure significant media opportunities and provide strategic counsel on sensitive communications, including reputation management and crisis protocols. Experience working with or in a law firm is strongly preferred, and a background in mentoring junior team members is also ideal.
